Weekly Recommendation

I know many of you are looking for volunteer opportunities this Thanksgiving. I listed some here in this guide but please consider volunteering on others days too. Thanksgiving is often over-subscribed as it is the most popular days to volunteer. It’s a lot of work to train one-off volunteers and there is not many options for your kiddos at organized events as some heavy lifting and efficiency is required.

If you wish to volunteer, you can do so any time by picking up trash at parks or beaches, prepare food for folks in need on the streets, volunteer at turkey trots all over the Bay Area or do something simple like clear your drains, help someone with their groceries, or just say hello, good morning or good afternoon to a stranger this week.

This week’s recommendation is to watch Today’s Show Drunk Ewoks clip. That is it. Actually, one more thing. Go watch Pachinko on Apple TV. It’s an amazing show and I really want it renewed for a third season.
