With the high cost of starting a bar or restaurant, high chances of failure or just desire to try something new, many restaurant owners have formed groups to leverage resources, relay momentum, move around employees, and share costs to grow businesses and compete in a highly challenging environment here in the Bay Area.
This is where restaurant & hospitality groups come in. Economies of scale allow restaurateurs to hedge bets, absorb drops in business more easily, shift talent and resources where/when needed, leverage momentum from established businesses and more.
