Some of the best restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area started off as pop-ups. Establishments like Smish Smash opened up a permanent location in the Saluhall and crowd favorite, Jules Pizza, will be opening up in the Lower Haight.
Pop-ups create buzz, allow chefs to test out menus and offer a way for folks to amazing food in creative, unique spaces and opportunities without the hassle and costs of permanent establishments. Below are some of my favorite pop-ups in the Bay Area.
