Weekly Recommendation
This week’s recommendation is to sign up for your local Neighborhood Emergency Response Teams. The number of emergency responders is limited and in case of a big earthquake and/or major fires, could take hours or days or longer to get to people.
Learn valuable skills, help save lives and most importantly avoid becoming a liability in case of a major emergency. I posted a few here in this guide and will add more in time. Next one for San Francisco starts April 30th! Please share this resource with neighbors, local groups, walk/run clubs & more.
