Check out the chili vegetarian momos at Sewa Indian and Nepalese Cuisine (…medium spicy) on Clement Street, Inner Richmond.

Yes, these momos look like they are doused in fermented flaming hot Cheeto paste, but the flavor is really amazing and the heat is very manageable and there is a light crisp for texture.
