Daytrip: Activities, Things To Do In Sausalito
Sausalito is a small wealthy town in Marin which is known for its boomers, wine moms, old-school VC bigots, Nextdoor lurkers and year-round vests. Despite these draws there is still some great things to do, see and explore in Sausalito. Some require planning, some are not so obvious (even to locals) while others are timeless classics.
The promenade is mostly filed with tourists while the locals stay closer to the banana belt with fewer crowds. That said, both are great for exploring and are connected by a short walk.
